PLACES KANAYA KNOWS ABOUT

So Exsilium as we know takes place in a post-apocalyptic city. I love to make references to various imagined establishments within it. Here are some imagined establishments to which I have made reference. (P.S. if this is objectionable to anyone with authority in Exsilium please let me know!)

• THE MOON A player location. This is a restaurant Kanaya likes at which she orchestrates not-dates with people who eat food.


• DYSTOPIAN FUTURE LONDON RESTAURANT Not a player location. An ironically named establishment run by some of the quirky post-modern drug addicts who were liberated by the mission to Russia. The fare is pretty good. Unlike The Moon, they offer takeout.


• FABRIC & CLOTHING Kanaya is very familiar with the scene available and is their favorite alien vampire patron. With Kanji's help she's become able to meet the majority of her needs.


• THE HAIR & BEAUTY SHOP Kanaya's personal mecca, on the third floor of an externally nondescript, internally derelict building. It is the only way Kanaya has been keeping her kickass trollsbian haircut in shape. Described in detail here. Essentially, 90% of the haircare products a human would want for are sold here at 210% of the cost. Run by a human woman of about 55.


• THE PHARMACY A pharmacy. Very near the apartment complex. It has pharmaceutical stuff, about 60% of what you would want at 150% of the price.


• THE BOOKSTORE A bookstore. Very near the apartment complex. Sells books. This is where Kanaya bought Roxy's birthday gift and Eridan's Christmas gift.


• THE MARKETPLACE Open-air. This is one place where Kanaya does domestic/grocery shopping, though she also patronizes another in a warehouse that is kind of like EXTRA DERELICT FUTURE COSTCO.
