OH NO stiles that's oddly endearing... i think it'd be the same but in reverse for kaoru! like they're kind of on opposing sides on the moral compass and occasionally come into conflict because of it, but after so many years he'd have recognized stiles as a very apt and intelligent individual who can still get things done right even if he might not be as brutal-leaning as kaoru still is. he'd admire his tactical and planning abilities and would be confident in their team-up!

THAT SAID stiles would probably be among his favorite people to tease just because his reactions are hilarious and he'd probably strike up dumb banter all the time because he likes stiles' sarcasm and wit... he'd also totally tease him for getting emotional... and super make fun of him for flailing his sword like a dang dingus but if things came down to it, he'd buckle down fast and try to at least make sure that stiles wouldn't accidentally stab himself in a panicked flailing fit... stiles......

BANTER IS THE ONE WAY INTO HIS HEART so good job Kaoru you have made a new friend!! he's probably used to getting teased a lot at this point for his totally manly no homo tears so he'll just sulk about it and take comfort in the fact that at least he's like a foot taller.

OH GOOD truly they were meant to be a tag-team of destructocomrades. rude tho... he'll totally grow someday okay okay BUT YES I'M SO STOKED.

also i figure i should mention this now since stiles is going to be the unfortunate recipient (I THINK unless they're like communicating via letter) but he is going to flip his shit over chizuru's involvement... he'll be able to get himself back on track fast because that's kind of what he Does, but stiles may have to witness the second coming of rageoru SORRY STILES

HAHAHA it's okay it will just be one more mark on the endless list of ways he Hates His Life. actually he will be pretty dang sympathetic about it and offer Kaoru a chance to back out if he can't work with it! which he will clearly not mean because there are no second options here, but at least an attempt was made.
